CMI Toyota Fleet & Corporate Function

It was great to be able to once again have so many of our valued customers together at our 2024 Fleet and Corporate Function.
 

Translating to ‘sky’ in Japanese, SORA on Pirie was the perfect setting for this year’s event. 

Hosted at Sora’s exclusive rooftop bar overlooking the venue’s lower-level restaurant and with incredible views of Pirie Street and the Adelaide skyline, our guests enjoyed delicious modern Asian canapes and refreshments as they networked and caught up with one another. 

We were fortunate to have a sunny afternoon, allowing us to retract the roof of the venue, letting in the fresh air and sunshine adding to the wonderful atmosphere of the event.

The afternoon officially kicked off with a few words from CMI Toyota Group General Manager, Drew Ford, who welcomed guests and thanked them for their ongoing support of not only CMI Toyota, but the Toyota brand.

Drew also gave guests an insight into what’s to come from Toyota in the near future, including the highly anticipated LandCruiser Prado.

Our special guest for the afternoon, comedian and TV personality Lawrence Mooney, then took to the stage to entertain everyone!
Lawrence had the crowd in fits of laughter with his quick wit and humour. He even gave guests pointers on how to do his award-winning Malcolm Turnbull impersonation. 

After taking the stage, Lawrence joined our guests for a quick chat and to take photos, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

Once formalities concluded, guests took the opportunity to continue to enjoy the refreshing drinks and delicious food with our team, while taking in the bright and airy atmosphere and incredible views from the rooftop bar.
