The CMI Toyota team were proud to again support and sponsor the Get Home Safe Foundation’s Gala Dinner, held at the Intercontinental Adelaide late last year.

Proudly presented by Brenton Ragless, the night focused on how important it is to be good driver role models for children and the importance of conversations with loved ones about how to get home safe, every time.

Brenton also took the opportunity to speak about his experiences attending road crashes as a CFS Volunteer and how passionate he is about road safety.

The funds raised at the Gala, along with their other events held in 2020, mean that this year, the Foundation can not only continue to raise awareness around road safety through their current programs, including the Women Against Road Toll campaign and Drive Like A Legend Sporting Clubs program, they can also produce and support other road safety initiatives and launch their Regional Road Safety Conference. The Conference aims to bring together regional road safety groups to discuss and highlight ways these groups can work together to prevent loss of life and serious injuries through crashes on our most dangerous roads.

Darren David, President of the Get Home Safe Foundation said, “Thank you to CMI Toyota for your generosity in supporting The Get Home Safe Foundation this year. Without the support from businesses and individuals like you none of this would be possible and on behalf of the entire board of The Get Home Safe Foundation I would like to say a massive thank you.”
