After intensive off-season development the team at Willall Racing head into the 2013 Motorsport season with one thing on their mind – winning.

Collecting the best of national and international technology and applying it to the Toyota 86 platform Willall Racing have a fully developed Motorsport orientated package, punching well above its weight.

“Our plan is to run at the pointy end of the 0-2000cc road registered classes, and then take out some bigger competition on the way”, Martin Donnon CEO of Willall Racing explains.

“We haven’t just focussed our WR86 program solely on power though, instead looking towards exceptional reliability and balance are the keys to our 2013 campaign. The Whiteline and HSD suspension components have been setup and tuned around and the Toyo R888 competition tyre is the backbone of our platform".

"We reckon that there is now very little room for improvement, which means the onus is on us to get the times and take the trophies" says Donnon.

With support from South Australian based CMI Toyota, WR86 has been tuned and developed to not only generate 200kw of clean running engine power, but to also run on environmentally friendly E85 Ethanol fuel.

“We can make the additional power over factory with WR86, and make less tailpipe emissions than the standard car” Donnon explains.

“We have also been working on keeping WR86 fully compliant to current roadworthy rules and rather than decreasing driveability as happens with many aftermarket modified vehicles we have actually made WR86 more fun to drive in a daily environment”.

The season kicks off for WR86 at the famous Mount Alma Mile Hillclimb, a sinuous and steep piece of asphalt in South Australia’s Hindmarsh Valley (close to Victor Harbor). Donnon and the rest of the Willall Racing team approach the event full of confidence and hope, backed by the best team of motorsport suppliers in the business, and pressing to put WR86 at the top of its class.
